The room was a great size with views over the streets of Paris. Gorgeous. The breakfast was so worth it. The dining area is gorgeous. A great selection of everything you could want and such a nice start to the day. The front of house staff really make this hotel. They are so welcoming. Thank you guys!

Spacious room, very clean & tidy, the bed was very comfortable. Serviced daily. Breakfast was excellent, though at an extra cost. Staff were all lovely. The hotel location was an easy 10min walk to the Arc de Triomphe & train stations. There were several grocery stores in walking distance, as well as cafes, restaurants & bakeries. A little pricey but so is everything in Paris. We would consider staying there again.

Loved the location, the staff was incredible and handled a booking problem with so much ease and with amazing solutions, the bed was very comfortable and the amenities and cleaning quite good.

Upon Checkin i was informed that I had been upgraded to a Junior Suite which was in the back facing wing (overlooking a building under construction). I somehow did not like the vibe of the Suite and asked them to allot me a room facing the Main Street. It was done.... both Togi and David helped me with the same and I loved my room with a Balcony (as this was what I had paid for). It was like Home. The Housekeeping staff too were very kind and helpful. The team at the Front Desk ( David, Togi, Hafsa, Ester and many others) were super helpful too. And would happily guide me to certain places that I wished to visit. Especially David. Thank you David. :) Location was excellent. Closeby to a few Super Markets, Bakeries and lots of restaurants, Pharmacy etc. Also its just 10 minutes (leisurely walk) from the Arc de Triumphe and a 25 mins walk to the Eiffel Tower.

Excellent room, facilities and breakfast. The hotel is perfectly located relative to key tourist attractions - which was really ideal.

A spacious and beautiful hotel with a convenient location (a 10-minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe). A wonderful and nourishing breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The room is quite spacious and comfortable.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and we were pleasantly surprised by an unexpected room upgrade. We received a spacious suite with two bedrooms, which felt like having our own Parisian apartment! The staff truly stood out with their exceptional hospitality. Both the reception and cleaning teams were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel's location is very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

It is close to Arc de Triomphe and Champ Élysées, 30 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower. Also have 2 supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Front desk staff Laurie and Rosanne are friendly, smiley and helpful. Breakfast is good with varieties but quality of coffee can be improved.
